Get an invite from your processor
Your processor sends you an email invite link or shares an invite code. If you haven't received one, ask them to add you.
Go to bristolfleet.com
Click Login in the top-right corner. New? Create an account with your email and a password. Returning? Just sign in.
Use the same email your processor has on file.You're in
You'll land on your fleet home page — tender map, freight stats, weather, and announcements. If approval is required, your status shows Pending until your processor approves.
Where to find it
Top nav: Freight → My Freight.
What you'll see
Freight ID, status, type, destination, current location, tender, and last update. Filter and search any column.
Click any item for details
QR code, full history timeline, photos, processor notes, and live location on the map.
Track & share
Scan the QR code with any phone camera. Tracking links can be shared — recipients don't need to log in.
Add your own public notes
Open any freight item and add a public note to describe what's inside or mark identifying details — your processor and crew can see them. Great for gear specs and orders. e.g. smokey blue 4 7/8"

1. Download Bristol Maps from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Sign in with the same email and password as bristolfleet.com. 3. Tap Tools → Freight to see your packages — data stays available offline and syncs when you have signal.
