Bristol Fleet — Quick Start Guide

1. Sign in

Go to bristolfleet.com and click Login (top right). Use your Bristol Maps account if you have one. If not, create one with the email your processor has for you.

2. Join your fleet Pick one

Email invite

Click the link in your processor's email, sign in, and fill out the short form.

Check spam if you don't see it.

Invite code

Open My Fleet, click Have an invite code? Join a fleet, type the code, and click Join.

Added by your processor

Nothing to do. Sign in and your fleet is on My Fleet.

It may show Pending until your processor approves you.

Where's my tender?

Your home page map shows every tender live. Click one for speed and last update.

My freight

Freight → My Freight: status, history, photos and map. Add a public note; share the tracking link.

My sales

Sales → My Sales: what you bought from the tender, with receipts.

My fish tickets

Tickets → My Fish Tickets, when your processor turns it on.

Processor docs

Info → Processor Docs: forms and notices from your processor.

Openings, weather & runs

Info: Announcements, Weather & Tides, Run Summary, and the Crew Shares calculator.

Your pots

Share My Pots (menu under your name) puts them, anonymously, on bristolfleet.com/gear.

Engine data

Engine Data (menu under your name): RPM, temperatures and alarms sent from the Bristol Maps app.

On the water: the Bristol Maps app Subscription required

Offline charts, pot tracking, and your freight under Tools → Freight, even with no signal. Get Bristol Maps from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same account. Setup help: bristolmaps.com/docs.
